Exploring The Tiki Of Disney With The Cool Headed Monkey

Today we've got a really fantastic tiki drink from Another Disney Bar, this one from Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida!
The Cool Headed Monkey is a cocktail on the menu at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar at Walt Disney World In Orlando, FL. Jock Lindsey is the Pilot who takes Indiana Jones around in Raiders Of The Lost Ark. This Cocktail was requested by our Patreon Subscriber Chris Twiggs and I was happy to Oblige him.
The Original Recipe calls for Starr African Rum and Van Der Hum (yes I know I mispronounce in the video LOL) Tangerine Liqueur, neither of which I could find. I found Starr but was unable to ship it to myself for some reason and Van Der Hum Liqueur is an African Liqueur impossible to find. So for the sake of expediency I reconstructed the cocktail which would have had to happen anyway because although we know the ingredients for this drink as they're all over the internet, nobody knows the proportions so a little reconstructing!
