Pixar has been trying to create more diverse stories with LGBTQIA+ representation, but Disney isn't allowing it. A recent Pixar letter from employees reveals the sad truth about what happens behind the scenes. Why is Disney censoring gay scenes, but celebrating Pride Month? One of the only times Pixar was allowed to have a gay main character was in the short "Out" from 2020. However, they've been denied other stories time and time again.
