Walt Disney World has has required face masks as part of the theme park experience since the Orlando property reopened last year, unless actively eating or drinking. But now, along with guidance from health and government officials, Disney World is ending face masks as a requirement outdoors for guests, allowing visitors the option of wearing a face mask outside in common areas. While Disney World ends face masks outdoors, they will still require face coverings inside attractions, while in line, on transportation, and while entering and exiting the Disney Parks.

The Disney World theme parks can be quite uncomfortable when it comes to the heat of the Summer, and no doubt, this new face mask policy update will bring a lot more comfort for those looking to take advantage of it.
