We went back to Downtown Disney a few days after the grand reopening to see what the crowds were like and grab lunch at Black Tap restaurant. Black Tap is famous for their CRAZY SHAKES - so much so that they even have trademarked that name. Do the Instagram worthy milkshakes live up to the hype?
